Healthy Feedback Culture

How do we learn from each other while being apart? Here is a trailer to my new learning video on feedback culture

Virtual Collaboration

The way how we work together has dramatically changed. The pandemic has accelerated the process and forced us out of our comfort zone. Despite the social distancing it is important to create virtual closes, a space where everyone feels appreciated and comfortable to learn from each other and ultimately to reach the common goals.

There is much more to virtual collaboration than having online meetings.

It is time for us to co-create the new next.

Intercultural Competence

Turning diversity into success

Many international teams do not even know how much strengths lie undiscovered and dormant in them. It is essential for today's globalized working world to create a symbiosis of potentials stemming from our differences. Only this way you can achieve long-term success in the fast-paced world market. Yet, the sheer presence of diversity does not add to the competitive advantage.

With openness and self-reflection

"Intercultural competence is not like studying vocabularies. It is the result of a conscious learning process" - In the constructive framework of the training you will get to know the diversity of cultural characteristics and thus develop a very personal skill set for a confident interaction with different people - whether face to face or virtually over the distance.

Live & Work Abroad

Most expats are asked, whether they can imagine a mission in a foreign society because of their professional competences. However, good technical skills are not equally accompanied by the necessary intercultural sensitivity and communication. Especially expats need a lot more soft skills for professional success than expertise.

Good expats build bridges between cultures, are able to deal with complexity and ambiguity, and know how to reflect their experiences in ways that allow them to evolve over and over again. Do you own these strengths? Find it out with the help of Intercultural Readiness Check . More ...

And if the family travels with them, it obviously plays an equally important role for the success during the time abroad. I am delighted to accompany you in the preparation of the so significant and game-changing step in your life.

Back home again

"It's a funny thing coming home. Nothing changes, Everything looks the same, feels the same and even smells the same. You realize what's changed is you."

After an eventful stay abroad, you will return to your homeland and, unexpectedly, you will again experience a culture shock - the best time to utilize the invaluable experiences abroad for yourself and to transform your strengths. Let us reflect on what we have learned and discover new skills for further professional success, at home or in a new place.

Team Building

The 9-year-old daughter of my former boss said once, "A team can only be successful, if everyone know what to do." That is quite an answer for a kid. However, I believe the truth is more than just that. Our world has become too complexe.

A healthy feedback culture, the readiness to learn together, and a huge portion of psychological safety belong to the survival skills of a successful team.

What does your team dream about?

NORA SUN

Trainer and consultant

My name is Nora Sun. I was born in Taiwan and grew up in Germany. In addition, I spent many years studying and working in the USA, England, Japan and China.

As a passionate trainer, I love to share my experiences with people from different backgrounds and at the same time, in dialogue with them, to define the best solution for an existing problem. Refreshing, humorous, individual and practical are attributes that describe my training style.

At the moment I live with my German husband and our 3 children in the beautiful city of Hamburg. I enjoy spending my free time with good food, yoga and, why aren't we surprised, photography.
